Mary "Midge" (Ruo) Nelms

Mary K. Ruo was born September 8, 1930, at home in Boston, Suffolk County, Massachusetts, to Dora Marcella Pshylucki and Frank Ruo. When she was very young Mary was nicknamed "Midge". Midge was the fifth child born to Frank and Dora, with three other children to follow. All eight children lived to adulhood. Midge's siblings are Rose Ray, Carmen (Sis) Gurke, Michael Ruo, Dorothy Judith Argeris, Frank "Alan" Ruo, Jean Carol (Dolly) Totos and Robert (Bob) Ruo.

On February 6, 1947, Midge married Armand Eugene Nelms, in Malden, Massachusetts. A reception was held at her parent's home, 567 Lynn Street in Malden.
Armand was also called "Nelms". He was born February 2, 1928 in Brownwood, Texas to Arthur Calvin Nelms and Ruth Viola Buchanan Nelms.
