 This biography was written by Beulah's great-niece Lucinda and niece Helen Bateman (2001) Dr. Allen delivered Susan Jean Magnuson, at the Santiago Hospital on the outskirts of Manila, June 1, 1940. Dr. Allen also delivered my cousin, Moana Scott in Manila, August 30, 1940, at the same hospital.
