Roy Colman Bennett was born July 2, 1889. He was a cripple and before the war, he was the Editor for the Manila Bulletin. Roy was first interned at Fort Santiago and later to Santo Tomas. After liberation he returned to the United States. Sometime around 1953, Roy moved to North Hollywood, California and became the editor of a small newspaper in North Hollywood. Roy and Don Rutter were very good friends.
