Weldon's parents were Benard Cleveland Tutwiler (born 1884) and Elizabeth Frank Tutwiler (born 1887). We think he was the only child. Mr. Weldon F. Tutwiler, who was born in 1915 to a farming family, perhaps at East Hanover, Pennsylvania. By the time he was a teenager, the family had moved to another farm in the Middle River District, Augusta, Virginia.
