December 12, 2020: As far as I know, I never heard from Phil again.

December 31, 2001 -- From Don McBride, via his daughter Eileen McBride
"Peer Carr - He also came over to China toward the end of the war and Dad remembers that he also flew as a co-pilot during those last months before Dad left."
