From Fletcher Hank's, "WHEN AND HOW THE CNAC CRASHES HAPPENED ON THE HUMP AND ITS ENVIRONS DURING WWII" (hand-dated 5/4/02)

George Robertson with James C(h)arville 10/06/42, C-47 #69. No fatalities. Lost oil pressure on one engine. "Robby" feathered the propeller and came around for a landing but had no hydraulic pressure so couldn't get landing gear up or locked down and loosing altitude and speed. Crashed and burned. The crew escaped. Totaled ship. Source: Kirkpatrick log.
