From the 1960-1962 and the 1964 CNAC Mailing List: Spencer, Glen W. This is the only document I have found that mentions Glen W. Spencer HELP!!! I had a computer hickup and do not know who sent me these pictures. Do you??? I'm not 100% sure but I think these two photos are of Glen W.
