February 4, 2009 Dear Tom, Thank you for your email. I am always interested in articles on Chapei Camp, having been interned there with my Mother and Father. I was very little (about 1 1/2 years) and do not have clear memories of my time there. My late father was Fred Stormes and my late mother was Olga Stormes. I was Mary Stormes. We are eternally grateful to the Americans who freed us. Thank you. I have a small handpainted picture that was done for me in Chapei. It is not signed and I would love to know who the artists were in Chapei. If anyone can help, I shall be very grateful. Please add me to your distribution list. I would be very happy with this.
